We provide a seamless experience covering setup, system integration, and a detailed step-by-step launch plan to ensure your business hits the ground running. Let us guide you through the essentials, so you can focus on what matters most—growing your brand. **Note: the 4‑hour session may be split into two 2‑hour meetings scheduled within a 72‑hour window, by client request and consultant availability.**
Cancellation Policy
Consulting Services Policy (in‑person or virtual) By scheduling a consulting session with Axel Rosa / Estrategic: Creative & Business Consulting, you agree to the following: - Session fee: The fee for the consulting session is $155 and is non‑refundable. This fee reserves your time and covers the consultant’s preparation. - Consultant cancellation: If Axel Rosa / Estrategic cancels the session, you will receive a full refund or be offered a rescheduled session at no extra cost. - No‑shows & missing access: If you miss the session or fail to provide required access/materials so the session cannot proceed, the fee may be forfeited. - Credit toward future services: If you hire Estrategic for an ongoing retainer within 10 days, the $155 session fee will be credited toward your first month’s payment. - Acknowledgement: By confirming or paying for this appointment you acknowledge you have read and accept these terms. I have read and agree to the Consulting Services Policy above (applies to both in‑person and virtual sessions).
